How to Apply

Application Deadlines

Deadline for Fall admissions:  May 15

Note: After this deadline, applications will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

To initiate an application, you can apply online.

Application Requirements:

  • Application Form
  • Application Fee
  • Academic Statement of Purpose (Include your reasons for choosing tumor biology research as a career and your past research experience, if any)
  • Transcript(s)
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation
  • GRE Score or MCAT Score
  • TOFEL - code for Georgetown: 5244  (International student applicants only;  Minimum of 550 on paper and 80 on Internet-based test )
  • WES  (International student applicants only)

The Tumor Biology Program follows the application procedures of the Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
